Birim Europe GmbH located in Neuss city of North Rhine-Westphalia, is a subsidiary of world known Birim Makina A.S. Birim Makina is a producer of wide range metal scrap processing equipment running in more than 70 countries. Birim Europe GmbH is aiming to supply high quality equipment and spares produced by Birim Makina and a customer driven service with its network close to its customers.

Birim Makina A.S is founded and having its factories in Izmir, Turkey. Izmir is Turkey’s 3rd biggest city, with the 2nd biggest port of the country and home of more than 10 Million tons of Steel production per year. Turkey is World’s 8th and Europe’s 2nd biggest steel producer.
Birim Makina has supplied most of the scrap metal processing equipment in Turkey and exporting equipment since 1996. Currently Birim Makina equipment are running in more than 70 countries.

All of the production is in the house. From steel sheet to the finished machine all the processes are completed in the factory. Machines are assembled and tested in the factory and shipped afterwards trial runs.
Birim factory is a Green Factory. All the Electricity used in the production is collected from Solar panels at the factory roof. Water used in the factory is harvested from the rain. Birim Makina is working on the requirements of the European Green Deal since 2023.
Design of the equipment is done by our decades of years experienced designers with the help of Analysis Software that helps develop better equipment each time we build a new one.
Birim Makina installs only European Tier 1 suppliers in its equipment such as Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, Schneider, Hydac, Mahle, Baluff, Benteler, AKG, Beka. All the parts can be found fast and fair value in the market at all times.
